Ross has worked in the fields of health, education, training, and the arts for the last 40 years. He is a qualified coach, physical therapist, psychotherapist, trainer, educator, and a trained actor. His innovative, creative, and imaginative methods reflect over 35 years of experience gained from working in a wide variety of work environments and learning the most up-to-date methods available.
Through his work and experience he places the ability to communicate and manage our lives effectively as the cornerstone of training in both personal and professional settings. By allowing people to “do” he believes they learn far more effectively. Over the years he has developed ways of working that allow people to develop their communication, organisational, planning and personal development skills.
He is committed to people, not to technology or paper. He works with people to help them to develop all the skills they will need to live and work more effectively in an ever-changing world.
In 2009 Ross published the first edition of his book ‘The Art of Living’ and published the second edition in 2016. The book summarises his approach to self-development based on 40 years of research, experience and practice. It allows the reader to develop their self-awareness, communication skills and to make the necessary changes in their life so they can live their lives more effectively both personally and professionally.
